Melvin Pope is the Managing Partner/Broker/Owner of Financial Partners of North Florida. Mel graduated from Florida State University in 1981 with a degree in finance and management. He has been a licensed life and health agent since 1976 and also holds a Series 6, 63 & 65 securities license. A Tallahassee native, Mel is very active in the community serving on numerous boards including Seminole Boosters, the Tallahassee Quarterback Club, the Suwannee River Area Chapter of the Boy Scouts of America, Tallahassee Rotary Club and the American Red Cross. In his free time, Mel enjoys boating, fishing, bird hunting, gourmet cooking and spending time with his family.
